It also stipulates that from the date of the announcement, the production of the products related to the above-mentioned functional claims shall be stopped immediately, and the products that have been produced can be sold until the end of the warranty period.

The above person in charge said that among the existing 27 health care functions, three health care functions, including promoting lactation function, improving growth and development function and improving skin oil function, are inconsistent with the current functional positioning of health food and the health needs of consumers. The announcement also pointed out that in addition to the above seven health functions that are no longer included in the health function catalogue, the approved health functions that have not been cancelled or included in the health function catalogue shall be transformed according to the connection between the old and new health functions and the latest evaluation requirements; If it cannot be transformed, it shall put forward suggestions to the evaluation institution to be included or adjusted into the health function catalogue according to the catalogue management measures, and if it meets the requirements, it shall be included or adjusted into the function catalogue. If the health care function has been included in the function catalogue, the connection between the old and new health care functions shall be implemented in accordance with the supporting interpretation measures of the function catalogue. For the approved health food whose health functions have been cancelled, the functions can be changed according to the measures for the administration of registration and filing of health food; If the health care function is partially cancelled, it shall be adjusted according to the connection claimed by the health care function.
